1 /5 Rod Granado: I want to complain about the bad service I got when I tried to cancel my home insurance. I called in February to cancel, but a month later, they still charged me. When I called again, a guy named Michael was rude and told me to call the insurance company myself. He shouldve told me that earlier. He didnt even give me their number. Finally, when I did call them, they said the person who handled my cancellation didnt do it properly. Dont bother dealing with this company; theyre unreliable and dont communicate well.

If I call for a quote, they do answer and say will call back, but if you aren’t able to pickup when they call they leave a number to call back but it’s an automated robot not a human. No thanks. I’ll go find a real human that I can work together with.

I needed coverage for a high risk piece of heavy industrial equipment for my business. He could not find coverage for me at a competitive rate and was straight forward with me.
