    shauna cooper: A motorist insured through this agency caused a lot of damage to my car on April 2. I filed a claim on April 6 through them and have yet to speak to an adjuster. When calling I leave voicemail after voicemail with no response. When calling the main line, I am forwarded to the adjusters supervisor who also doesnt answer the phone. Customer service for this agency is non exsistent and it is quite frustrating. Unprofessional and unresponsive is how I would best describe this business.

    Mark M.: Ive had a Life policy with them for over 13 years. Of course I pay, its deducted from my chk account. Now I am requesting a "Loan" on My Policy, I have received the Run a Round for a week. After Mailing the Forms in, I had to call 2 weeks after mailing. They told me they need to be sure my payment has cleared. Well look at the policy, 13 years and Ticking. Of course payments Clear ! My next payment will be due soon, so will they then wait another 14 day5to process. I sent a screenshot if CLEARED PAYMENT. I still wait ! I honor my agreement, Texas life seems to only Take my Money !
