    Rose Henry: Im leaving this review on behalf of my experience as a home healthcare provider. I have been working for my client for about a month and PNC has refused to cash the checks my client has written to pay for her home health care. After being paid twice, the bank required our clients attorney (Peter Sapio) to send over information verifying the legitimacy of the checks, which he did. Despite providing everything PNC requested, this branch has still refused to release my clients funds, thus resulting in myself and the other home health aides not being paid for three works worth of work. Our client is an elderly, bedridden woman who has requested in-home care, but since the bank is refusing to release her funds, she had to be forcibly removed from her home and placed into a facility. I am disgusted that the bank manager refused to come to her home after she called for assistance with this matter several times. It seems PNC does not care about the well-being of their elderly customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch or moving your money to another institution.

    Karen Leonhart: Tracy and Cindy were absolutely life savers this morning!! We are in from out of town and experienced some issues causing us to be unable to leave on time and miss an important appointment. They stopped what they were doing, took time with me on the phone, printed documents, provided additional notary services and were so incredibly kind while doing so. None of this was in their job duties and they absolutely went above and beyond with the customer service. We are very grateful.

The customer service is horrible the people they hire do not care about you or helping you! Good luck if they wrongfully charge you getting your money back! They will rob you and not care.
