Not only do they over talk you and hang up the phone on you but you are treated as if your bothering them. I was not impressed by Gloria. If you do not want people to call and check the status of their approved applications, then I would suggest you mail out a letter so we do not have to call the office. I do not feel comfortable asking this office for much now. That is a sad statement to say as if I had to choose getting help ever again I would just pass and go without . I do not need another round of being disrespected by anyone.There should be a clear line of communication. Please get these employees better etiquette. This job they hold requires compassion and empathy. Not ignorance and belittling .
