1 /5 Melissa Sims: I am a bit concerned as to how these employees at this location speak to clients. Not only do they over talk you and hang up the phone on you but you are treated as if your bothering them. I was not impressed by Gloria. If you do not want people to call and check the status of their approved applications, then I would suggest you mail out a letter so we do not have to call the office. I do not feel comfortable asking this office for much now. That is a sad statement to say as if I had to choose getting help ever again I would just pass and go without . I do not need another round of being disrespected by anyone.There should be a clear line of communication. Please get these employees better etiquette. This job they hold requires compassion and empathy. Not ignorance and belittling .
