    Amber Lang: I cant say much on the people but the parking is in the road unless you can get one of the spots in the lot but theres ot enough space to even back up. The first floor was decorated with older photos and a couple chairs. I always like how places use history to catch your attention. Elevators wasnt jumpy like Im use to so thats a bonus in my eyes also

    Amy Antunez: Weve been with this bank for several years. Since Ive been with this bank Ive never been asked to make a persons job easier. All I needed was a checked cashed for $16.85. I was asked if I could deposit the $.85. When I asked what the reason was for, the teller started, " It would be easier for me." If youre a teller for a bank, then you have to learn the job. Im not here to make it easier for you. I simply stated I would like all of the money. Yes it took a while to get the money but thats part of your job, to cash checks. Not to ask your clients to make your job easier. This was a lady that was working the drive-thru 10/16/23 after 5:15pm. She wasnt rude but she does need to learn her job more properly. She needs more training.

    Becky Baker: Ive used this location for years and have always had good luck. Relatively recently a new girl was hired and she is most unpleasant to deal with. Very rude and condescending, youll have a much better experience driving the extra miles to Amarillo.
