3 /5 Amber Lang: I cant say much on the people but the parking is in the road unless you can get one of the spots in the lot but theres ot enough space to even back up. The first floor was decorated with older photos and a couple chairs. I always like how places use history to catch your attention. Elevators wasnt jumpy like Im use to so thats a bonus in my eyes also

1 /5 Ann Smith: I went to get my car tags today, and went in wit my id, my husbands id, and my marriage certificate. I went to the first terminal and there was an old lady with white/silver hair. She was extremely unpleasant, and told me i had to have written permission from my husband to get the tags. And i told her what i did have and that my husband was at work and wouldn’t be off until they were already closed. She was short and rude in how she spoke to me. After waiting for my husband to text a written letter giving me permission i went back in to terminal 4 ( very helpful and pleasant man) and he didn’t need my letter, he said the marriage certificate was plenty proof. Im not sure why this lady felt the need to not only waste my time by making me get a signed letter, she also wasted her own time, the man in terminal 4s time, and my husband’s time. Maybe she was just being lazy and didn’t want to do her job, maybe it was just her wanting to get her Friday moving, but regardless if she cant find time to do her own job properly maybe this isnt the job for her. I also noticed the only other review was talking about the exact same lady, so Im going with lazy and doesn’t want to work. Man i wish i could get away with that at my job!

1 /5 Maria Blea: I’m literally sitting outside of the building writing this review. I went inside to pick up a missing license plate (which they don’t keep), I went directly to the #1 lady who was older with white hair, she said nothing at all to me and acted as if she couldn’t speak, and like she was lost and looking for help. Then I hear a man’s voice saying he could help me over there, so I went to where he was at. I felt as is she didn’t even try to help me cause she assumed I couldn’t speak English. But to me, it seemed as if she looked like the stupid one! I am very upset it took everything in me not to go back and confront this lady.
