Griggs Financial, LLC - Plano Todd G Rohm: This is my 3rd year using Griggs for my taxes. The first two years I had a great experience: quick return time in tax prep, I felt informed, my phone calls were quickly returned, etc. However, this year has been the complete opposite. Customer service has taken a drastic change for the worse. Its May 10 and I still havent received my state tax return. I have called SEVERAL times in the past month and a half and never once received a call back. I have emailed two or three times and not heard back. I dont mind paying $1400 to have my taxes done professionally when its too notch service. But this is a complete disaster and I do NOT recommend Griggs for tax services.
I am not one who typically leaves bad reviews but I am extremely frustrated with my experience and lack of service.
