Been trying to get a refund for my GAP since February and unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 30 days with their issues. They only give you checks and ask to fill out paperwork to not even read what they ask for. I love Toyota cars but I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if it means to deal with this nonsense. If I had to rate this would be -200/10.

Private Persona: This is the finance company for Academy Sports and Outdoors Credit Card. I had an extenuating circumstance and was not able to pay my bill nor call in to pay my bill. They would only wave HALF of the late fee. Do not do business with them. I am filing a BBB complaint. The representative was VERY rude and spoke down to me. Unacceptable conduct. I am also filing a complaint with Academy. True Texans do not do this to other Texans. UPDATE: After calling Academy Corporates office of the CEO this was rectified and the charges were reversed.
