5 /5 Burl Ray: Best gun store around. But, its a lot more than a gun store or pawn shop for a lot of people. This is a place people go to visit, chat a bout guns, life, whats going on in town etc. they support other local businesses and non profits. Ive picked up several really rare/unusual firearms over the years for below market value prices. This place was my go-to for years. Their new inventory is always good, and their used inventory always great. Ive ordered SEVERAL firearms through them and its always smooth as silk. Go fill out your background check papers, on approval, pay, go home. These guys are some of the best people Ive met.

Justin: This is nothing against the lovely people that work at this branch. They are amazing and very courteous. Now, This bank is perfect for you if you love being locked out of your account the day before a banking holiday and not notified about it. I am completely stranded right now. This is not the first time though. I have lost several thousand dollars from missing work (Traveling Construction) because they have locked my account past business hours and left me with no one to contact. And don’t even bother trying to finance a car through them. Last December I tried to, I had some unpaid debt so we agreed if I can get that paid off and bring proof that they would approve me for a certain amount with a certain amount down. I paid off 9k in debt and then when I talked to the bank they went back on their word. Said I needed more down and a guarantor. Needless to say in a sense I threw away 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS in the trash and never got my car. Being locked out this time is the last straw. So I’m leaving a review. I will be closing this account down in the near future. I am tired of this.

I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.

Lisa: Chamberlain has been doing my parents business taxes for years. They have been extremely overcharging them, but my parents stuck with them because of not knowing where else to go, etc. We tried to get my parents to change to another CPA, but even though they wanted to, they wanted to remain in their comfort zone. Chamberlain had my parents doing a lot of the work themselves, itemizing, etc, but then not only charged them a monthly fee, also charged them a big amount at tax time. My family does not recommend Chamberlain Financial Services in Jasper, TX.
