The claims specialist will not return out phone calls. Good luck getting these guys to pay up when you need them. I am sure they will be glad to take your money though.

I spoke with Barbara and she has consistently gotten us the best coverage (and best price) for our cars and home. The last two times when Auto Ins is renewing she has reached out to me to tell me other companies to go with. This kind of attention to detail, researching and overall great customer service is they have been doing business for over 100 years.

    Mark Hougland: I have been with Farm Bureau 3 years. Upon my agent leaving FB The new agent / office manager didnt know my policy was due 3 days before renewal. Which I had mentioned when paying their $45 "dues". This agent Dylan Powel, would not forward me the new policy information or couldnt figure out my email after I even emailed him? Thus my policy was cancelled by the third party. I never got a follow up call to see what happened or if I finally got the policy. After this screw up they refused to refund the $45 membership fee even though my coverage ending was their fault. DO NOT USE FARM BUREAU SEGUIN OR SCHERTZ TX!
