1 /5 Mark Hougland: I have been with Farm Bureau 3 years. Upon my agent leaving FB The new agent / office manager didnt know my policy was due 3 days before renewal. Which I had mentioned when paying their $45 "dues". This agent Dylan Powel, would not forward me the new policy information or couldnt figure out my email after I even emailed him? Thus my policy was cancelled by the third party. I never got a follow up call to see what happened or if I finally got the policy. After this screw up they refused to refund the $45 membership fee even though my coverage ending was their fault. DO NOT USE FARM BUREAU SEGUIN OR SCHERTZ TX!
