5 /5 Malcom Wilkinson: Ive been going to this gym for about 3 years now and have been enjoying the experience. I like how its a straight monthly fee without any gimmicky sign on deals and minimum lock in prices. The free classes also set it to a different level especially if youre wanting to mix weight lifting with some cardio.

2 /5 Ali Qazi: While the front desk staff remains polite the services here are unfortunately very inconsistent. The water slide is often closed without any notice. Booked a birthday party for my son and the only water slide they had which is the main fun part for the kids was closed. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have seen it closed in just the last 2 or 3 months. They often say its a staffing issue but it should be worked out by now. Also they offer birthday party rooms but there is no refrigeration. So if you bring your cake a bit too early you will likely have a problem on your hands.

Angela L: Found a great deal on Groupon and started going with a few of my cousins on a weekly basis for their boxing classes. We’ve been going there consistently for ~6 months now. The facility is always clean and everyone who works there is super personable. There’s also a great community of people who attend regularly so it’s been nice getting to know everyone. We typically take our boxing classes with Moe who is absolutely fantastic! Corrects your boxing form and even gives pointers for the workout portion of the class too. I would highly recommend anyone who’s new to boxing to give The Jym a try.

Tyler Simmons: Came on a Saturday in early August, they had a free breakfast with a variety of foods and coffee. Never seen any gym do something like that. Apparently it’s a 1x a month member appreciation or community building thing which I admire. Front desk staff were super helpful and engaging. Spacing is great. Good mix of music. They even have an open lobby area with kids can hang with a golden retriever that apparently makes appearances (very cool).The gym is super cool, people are courteous and jacked in a good way — powerlifter builds, bodybuilder, physique, handicapped and just average fit folks of different backgrounds. The aesthetics are a mix of oldschool and rustic with hint of modern display. An extremely pleasant visit. I don’t live here, but I will be back in Dallas frequently and every time I am, I will exercising here.

Matthew Ochs: My experience with IPT has been great! I do the group workouts three times a week. Stephen, Brad, and Vince are the coaches I’ve had experience with and all three are fantastic. Always positive, and give you that extra push when needed. My one year anniversary is coming up and I’ve already exceeded my initial goals and can’t wait to see what happens in year two. Big shout out also to Reagan, the nutrition coach. These goals simply can’t get met without proper nutrition guidance. Thanks!

Dan Bailey: This location has set the bar and its about as high as it gets. They have not overlooked anything when it comes to attention to detail no matter how small. The free lemon rags, bicycle seats modified, hand lotion/soap - fans running to keep the airflow. Whoever this owner is I would like to shake their hand. Love the custom plates over the workout rooms. Congrats you are a true boss and run a great gym.

Jazmyne Munoz: Booked this through class pass so before I see a response from the studio my comment is VALID since I am still a customer! I have taken other Barre classes at other studios and they all have been wonderful. I wanted to try this studio because I was joining a friend and have heard great things. I arrived 2 minutes late and was denied to enter the studio. I have never had a problem with this and Im always on time. I was stuck at the light on Watters and Bethany St so l got to the parking lot right at the time the class was started. The front desk informed me that I could take the 10am class and come back, but who wants to workout without their best friend who was in the class already (mind you she wasnt greeted at all or checked in for her first time). I work in customer service and I understand how important it is to be on time for your scheduled appointments, but l have never turned down a client for being 2 minutes late for an appointment. I do want to give this company grace and try another location, but I will NOT be back at this one.

Sonal Italia: Instructor Meredith is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. She provides clear instructions and making sure proper form and technique are used to avoid possible injury. She has very friendly personality. Love her class!

Christian Spaeth: Says theyre open, I called to enquire about prices for the different classes bc theres a verity, didnt even ring just hung right up. Tried multiple times, same issue. If the goal is to grow their business, im not sure how this result is going to achieve that. Hesitant to even show up in person based of other reviews stating no one even occupies the location. Bad first impression in my opinion

Sarah Colvin: We signed up for swim lessons in the preschool and beginner levels, and the instructors were so patient and kind. They had more patience with my children than I do, and (as a teacher myself) I saw my children learning life saving skills through play. My five year old was able to teach me the “monkey game” and I use the key words that they used in their lessons to help them practice those skills between lessons (“float like a starfish” etc). These teens and young adults are using a fantastic program, they are supervised thoroughly, and communicated effectively with parents. The class sizes are 2-1, with 4 children and 2 instructors, and always felt like my children were safe and well cared for as they were being taught. What a great city facility. I am very grateful.
