5 /5 Lynne Thornton: Curves for Women is a great place to workout! Ive been a member of Richardson Curves for about 10 years. Cheryl and Becky are good coaches and very encouraging. I use my 30 minute Curves workouts to get both cardio and strength training to help me stay fit. As a bonus, the ladies at Richardson Curves are very friendly and caring, so I feel connected to a community when I workout.
