1 /5 Lizbeth Vidaurri: Do not waste your money on this gym membership!! Daniela, the front desk employee, and Denny, the front desk manager, were both unprofessional and displayed unprofessional behavior. I cancelled my membership because, despite multiple visits, staff members often appeared more interested in their phones and personal conversations than in helping members or maintaining a welcoming environment.
Additionally, I observed that the equipment was not consistently maintained or cleaned, and basic standards of professionalism and courtesy were not consistently upheld. These experiences have created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere that has discouraged me from continuing my membership. I will be taking my complaint to corporate, FTC, and BBB, as they seem to smirk and roll their eyes when you express a complaint. They wont be laughing when they open an investigation into the unprofessional and unhygienic codes they continue to display. The general manager needs to do a better job of training their staff, as this reflects the companys overall performance. I hope they close this location, and people stop giving their money to corporate gyms. There are plenty of small gyms in South Texas that deserve support.
