5 /5 Reid Barry: Ive been a member at dozens of gyms around the world ranging in sizes, membership pricing, vibes, etc. I moved to Johnson City temporarily and needed to find a new gym. The first day I walked in, Cody and Jared, welcomed me as if wed known each other our whole lives. These guys do an incredible job of keeping the gyms atmosphere lively, the layout organized, the equipment stays clean and in working order. I am now about to move again and wish that I could pick up and move this gym with me. Its hands down the best value and best experience Ive ever gotten out of a gym membership. Keep doing what youre doing guys!

5 /5 Deandra Bible: I absolutely love this gym! Cody and Jared are amazing. Having someone greet you when you come in or tell you goodbye when youre leaving makes you feel very appreciated as a customer. The equipment is top notch too which only adds to the list of reasons why its such a wonderful place to workout.

5 /5 Gregory Dettloff: Cody has been great. Very nice gym for a small town, I would highly recommend. They also have two water flywheel rowing machines which are incredible. Not too crowded that often either, but that’ll pick up with the new year. Awesome to finally be back in a solid gym after a year long break.

5 /5 Matteo Granziol: I visited as a guest for a couple of morning. The gym. Is small but has all it needs for. A great workout. Extremely clean, the stuff is very friendly and polite. As a personal preference I would have loved some more kettlebell, but again, its just a preference. I loved this local gym, highly recommended if you are around the area.
