    Bailey Haydel: Love it here. I’ve never done anything like yoga before, and everyone has made me feel welcome at Alpine. I’m a thicker gal, and I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone. I’ve taken regular classes with Brooke, Casey, and Debbie. All of which have made me feel included and they’ve shown me alternative poses to fit my body type. I recently tried aerial yoga with Erin after chickening out and canceling multiple times. It was HARD but FUN. Erin was such an amazing teacher, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and even assisted me getting into some of the aerial poses I wasn’t strong enough to get into on my own. The rest of the class was also supportive, and I didn’t feel judged one bit. I will suggest a monthly “bare beginner” aerial workshop for those who are afraid to try fo fly. It would be beneficial to just to give people a feel for what it feels like to be in the silk, without slowing the rest of the class down
