All Good Fitness Downtown - Corpus Christi WILLIAM HOBBS: My fiancé and I are recently new to the gym. We like it so far. Everyone there seems nice and friendly. Equipment is mostly maintained well. We mainly do powerlifting and accessory work. Lots of equipment for accessories. For Powerlifting there are a few places to squat, bench and deadlift. I’d use upstairs for that unless u need the transformer bar then squat downstairs. Upstairs seems more private which is cool. Not too bad. If there were better bars this gym would be outstanding, but what they have works for now. We are not that picky. They got a deadlift platform which is a plus and if it’s taken, u can deadlift anywhere really. I deadlifted on the trap bar upstairs with not issues. We like the atmosphere, staff and that it’s not that packed in there. Most of the members are friendly and there to workout. On a high note, We are allowed to bring our own bars if we decide to so that’s a plus. Lastly, The saunas are a plus and are usually empty. Restrooms are kept clean. I recommend this gym to anyone in the downtown area or in the city for that matter. Parking is a bit limited, but usually u can find a spot within a block at the furthest. Not a big deal, we all need to walk. Just a few pictures of upstairs and down stairs. Pretty good size gym. Also, It’s a safe area.
Squat: 2 nice racks upstairs. Rig downstairs
Bench: 2 nice racks upstairs with drop in, slid in benches with safety’s.
Deadlift: 1 downstairs platform, but u can deadlift upstairs with a bumper plates, then add plates.
Bars: Transformer bar, trap bars, multi purpose bars. (No Texas power bars) but the bars they have work.
Huge plus: They allow u to bring ur own bars if you want to.
Lots of machines for multiple areas of the body.
Huge dumbbell section, top and bottom.
Much much more…
