    Emily Stamper: Please avoid this agency. When you call in for a quote, sales staff (Josh) will violate your privacy to get information on your current insurance agency and then personally call that agency, behind your back, and tell them that you have decided to use them instead even before you yourself have decided to switch. Then, they quote you a lower price and if you decide to take them up on it, they say oh, that’s no longer available, it will cost more and, oh by the way, we need your bank account information so we can pull those funds ourselves each month. When calling back to try to obtain professional assistance, the franchise owner, Kristie Barrett, refused to come to the phone on multiple occasions and never returned our calls. The Sales Manager Eric also hung up on us. Run away quickly and find a professional agency that actually cares about providing a service rather than just obtaining your bank account information so they can obtain your funds directly from your bank account each month. Thankfully, we did not make any purchase from this agency.

    Kahlela Mercedes: This is the worst company to use for any type of insurance. I was on medical leave from my job and I have had to repeatedly call them to make sure they’re on top of things bc I learned very quickly they let things just fall thru the cracks. It’s insane to me that even though I cannot even see paperwork submitted they expected me to know things they have access to. I repeatedly had to give them the same information, they missed multiple payments, they assigned me a case worker I never heard from and she messed up my paperwork which delayed my payments… I mean take the most vulnerable time in your life and just imagine having to deal with a firm that could care less… no remorse, no apologies, no sense of urgency whatsoever…. I’ve never witnessed such terrible customer service… they make att seem like rock stars… and that’s saying something. I don’t think any company should use this firm for anything it was an absolute nightmare the time I had to spend telling ppl how to do their jobs just by using common sense.

They had competitive bids from a few different companies for me to choose from. They were patient with me while making my decision and after our second meeting I decided to bring my business to them. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on their products. I highly recommend the Rush Agency if you are tired of big rate increases and having your insurance company tell you they are only going to replace "half" of your roof after a hail storm.

    Elijiah Goodyear: Absolutely terrible service. Brandon and his team got our insurance quote smoothly to help with closing, and their “5 star service” stopped shortly thereafter. When they never submitted our policy for binding, never notified us our new property was uninsured or anything. They just left us sitting, with an uninsured house for MONTHS before citizens returned our escrow payment and our “agents” realized something was wrong and tried to fix it. They did this by lying to me and blaming the entire situation on citizens insurance. Even called me to tell me how these things happen, and belittle my intelligence and knowledge of the process. When I tried to implore that they talk to Citizens on my behalf, as an insurance agency is supposed to do, I was told there was no point as Citizens never answers the phone, and that American Option couldn’t be bothered, that they “ already put more effort into this file than they were getting paid for”… yes I was actually told that, instead of the truth, that they failed to submit our documents and secure the policy we had paid and agreed to. After calling citizens they answered the phone rather quickly, immediately got a manager on the phone, and walked me through their notes on file from each interaction they’d had with American Option, and that American Option had completely failed to do anything for my policy beyond securing a quote. Awesome service right?! I am now 6 months out from closing and am paying TWICE the insurance rate I originally paid for, and it keeps getting increased. If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely DO NOT trust your home buying and livelihood to this lazy, unprofessional, and unaccountable institution.
