Jennie Roberts: What a joke jumped through hoop after hoop even called numerous times told I was approved all to get in for them to say I was unable to get the loan by then asking additional questions of me in office that they could have covered over the phone before wasting my time to run to their office for an appointment that was plintless when they were going to say no anyway. Ridiculous service to tell someone they are approved and ready to go then renege on what they said. Expect to know that you go through about the same amount of questions as buying a home and the documents that I was required to submit should not have been necessary for a personal loan. I can see why i had 2 people tell me already not to come here. To add i have worked with other loan companies before and this was some of the rudest people I have ever worked with both on the phone and in person. Definitely dont make you feel good or assured about anything in the process. Read one of the previous reviews and i would agree they make you feel like a low life and a criminal.
