5 /5 Brittany Martin: Above and beyond! In 2008 my boyfriend graduated basic training in Oklahoma. Nacols Jewelry had a store there at the time and he got a ring from them. Years later he lost the ring and assumed it was gone forever. After doing some digging I discovered Nacols was they company he had ordered through. They no longer had a store in Oklahoma but still had their Texas location. I contacted them and they were able to dig up the old records and reorder the ring for me. I just surprised my boyfriend with it and it is an exact match. I cannot thank then enough for all the hard work that went into this surprise!
