I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience. Instead of treating her with kindness, she mocked her while we were simply trying to buy with our own money. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, not mockery. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

We got 6 gold bangles set last year in their store and Kalpana helped very well. She showed all collection patiently during our shopping experience. So again we asked her as our shopping rep this year too and we had very pleasant time. We got gem stone necklace, gem stone bangles, gem stone earrings, gold hoops, gold daily wear jhumka and gold party wear jhumka. Designs are super awesome.
