Sam Stilwell: Corporate neglect -
I feel a little bad about the 3 star review bc Dennis at the front desk, Bri and everyone else I’ve interacted with at the location have been great. The issue is this location just doesn’t seem to matter to corporate that much. Equipment breaks and stays broken for weeks and sometimes months. With the amount of foot traffic this location sees you would think they would increase the overall footprint of the gym and prioritize hiring more repair techs to combat the problem. They already increased membership dues to account for repair costs but their response to broken equipment hasn’t changed. And yes, that’s 4 (out of 6 total) cables that are currently broken.
Meg Rut: My mother and I joined this gym for the pool and the senior fitness classes. So far, everything looks great! We were helped getting the membership from Christopher and he was wonderful. Very laid back and easy to talk to. He gave us a tour of the gym and we didnt notice any bad smells that some other reviews mention. Went back for a session with the personal training manager, Gio and he was also wonderful. Gave me some good ideas where to start with my fitness journey. Spoke briefly with Vic also and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about having personal weight issues. They have many options to work with personal training coaches to keep you on track. We look forward to going back. Thanks all, keep up the good work!
Kaylee: Canaan and Abigale have been the best! I come at night everyday and it’s always clean and they provide excellent service! The make coming to the gym feel welcoming and are now a part of my daily routine, no matter what they always say hello when I walk in the door. Thank you for being great and making me feel at home when I need some gym therapy.
