Cody Foster: So I was approved for my case everything was there they needed to proceed but if it’s not a guarantee win where they don’t have to actually do anything they won’t take it I tried multiple times and get told well we don’t have anyone available for it so we will have to pass or there isn’t enough time they’re supposed to be attorneys they can file a continuance but that involves doing something so they just pass on it also they won’t answer your calls or emails I don’t see how anyone can offer to help people in need agree it fits their criteria then just pass it up because it wouldn’t be quick and easy

Samantha Lynd: Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I wouldve put zero stars on here if that were an option.
