The insurance company wanted to settle for a ridiculously low amount. Mr. Fred Davis worked tirelessly on our behalf. He was able to get us a fair settlement and reduce some of the medical bills. We would not have been able to do this without his expertise. We highly recommend Davis & Davis Law firm.

    Samantha Lynd: Mr. Garney quite literally said the opposite of what I said to him in court. He only talked to me for 15 minutes prior to the first court date. I asked him about discovery, and he said what discovery. He was my court appointed attorney, and I fired him the first day during court! He had no intention of fighting to bring my child home to me, and that was very apparent that first day in court. I would not recommend him based on his actions 4 years ago. Hopefully he has changed his ways. I wouldve put zero stars on here if that were an option.

I spent quite a bit of time explaining what I wanted as I had some rather unusual requests. Chris Peterson was very patient and answered all of my questions and I had a lot. After obtaining the documents and going through them, I had additional questions so made another appointment to discuss them. The process took some time but I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend his practice if you are considering long term estate planning. He is very thorough.
