5 /5 KR Taylor: I joined Body20 Sugar Land several months ago as I needed an efficient workout, due to my busy schedule. The workouts are awesome and the trainers push you to achieve your goals. The workouts are 20 minutes, but offer great gains. Due to my schedule, I normally work out with either Erica or Justin. Both are phenomenal trainers and keep you motivated. I am down almost 6% body fat from when I signed up and put on almost 9lbs of muscle. This is a real game changer in fitness. If you are stuck in the same old workout routine or plateaued with your physical fitness routine, you should give them a try. Thanks Erica and Justin for always pushing me to the next level.
