1 /5 Thanh Hua: Nguyen one of your agent that was assigned to Bi Hua MassMutual annuity account sent in a email to the client relationship manager stating that Bi Hua policy owner requested his annuity account to be cancelled when Bi Hua never made the request nor authorized her to make the request on his behalf nor did she even inform him of it. We found out through getting a refund check in the mail from MassMutual yesturday.
