In June 2022 my we got commercial insurance / worker’s comp/ automobile with Rosemary and Henry Jackson they charged us over $3,000 ! Every little change we did to our policy was $700 to $800 just for the little change. It was our first time purchasing insurance for our company so we were naive. Yesterday we went to state farm directly and paid only $700 for Everything. And our monthly payments are way less ! We had to add an addition insured and a waiver of subrogation today and State Farm they did it at no cost . Something Henry would charge an arm and leg for!

1 /5 Joseph Searle: Would not recommend, they tried to scam me out 205.00 today to simply renew my insurance which I can easily do myself with an online payment. And wanted to charge me 250 to add additionally Insured names on my policy. I have called around and the very most I was quoted for either of these items was 50.00 max. This place has taken a lot of my hard earned money which I’ll never get back. I tried switching offices because another broker was just throwing out ridiculous amounts I owed with no cost report. Stay away from this business !

My interaction with him has left me frustrated, financially burdened, and considering legal action. In 2020, I engaged Robert Elanders services for apartment insurance. When the lease on my apartment concluded in August 2021, I promptly contacted Mr. Elander to cancel the insurance policy. He assured me that the cancellation had been processed. However, to my dismay, this turned out to be a blatant lie. After two years of being unknowingly charged, I discovered that the insurance policy was never canceled. When I confronted Mr. Elander about this deception, he acknowledged the error but refused to take responsibility. Instead, he instructed me to contact Allstate Insurance directly for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation with Allstate, the company insists that only Mr. Elander can resolve the issue. This has resulted in a frustrating and seemingly endless cycle of blame-shifting between Robert Elander and Allstate Insurance. To make matters worse, when I contacted Mr. Elander to demand a resolution, he callously informed me that he could no longer assist me and that I should continue pursuing the matter with Allstate. This irresponsible behavior is not only unprofessional but also indicative of a severe lack of accountability. Given the egregious mishandling of my insurance policy and the subsequent evasion of responsibility, I have decided to take legal action against Robert Elander and Allstate Insurance to seek redress for the financial harm caused by their negligence. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering insurance services to steer clear of Robert Elander and Allstate Insurance. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope that sharing my story will prevent others from falling victim to their unscrupulous practices.
