An amazing peaceful atmosphere and loving community of others who make you feel right at home. With every class I take my body release old patterns of discomfort. I feel stronger both emotionally and physically. You have to join!

5 /5 Andrew Rivera-Vazquez: Every instructor brings their own experience and technique to class. Which is a wonderful aspect of the yoga practice. Ive been a yoga enthusiast since 2014. And every year brings new experiences as I learn with new teachers or even take trainings myself. The best thing about Bella Yoga is that Alix has such a wide variety of teachers on her roster including herself. It makes her studio unique because usually that is something only available in the big urban areas with large "big box" studios that are super commercialized. She offers classes that are accessible to everyone and give so many different entry points into the practice. Ill be a friend of the studio as long as they are around!

5 /5 Melody Reynolds: My yoga practice at Bella Yoga has enriched my life greatly ! The studio is beautiful , peaceful and a place where I can completely release any tension when I arrive on my mat. Most of all the teachers are so wonderful ! They are always happy to see you and sincerely care. I appreciate the instruction throughout class and guiding you through each pose . It’s nice to be shown how you can modify if necessary , always honoring your body. I have gained strength, flexibility and balance here which helps me each day . Thank you !
