1 /5 Adam: Marlon “the chief” as he kept reminding me was very rude when I brought up a request that me and about 10 others that I play basketball with in the gym were requesting.. And that because he’s never seen me in this gym (Ive been going to this gym weekly for 3 years) that he does not care what I have to say nor will he hear me out. And that nothing is going to change because he is the chief and this is his show to run lol his words. Called me liar that I don’t go to this gym cause he’s never seen me. Just very unprofessional I repeatedly told him I was not trying to argue with him but he was just very confrontational. Not the way to be towards veterans that come to this gym.

1 /5 Chantal Hogue: Worst on base gym Ive been too. Its always busy and never has enough equipment. Squat room is always closed when theyre the busiest. It should be open during 24 hrs access.

5 /5 Ralph Franco: Sprawling gym with a lot of options for cardio, progressive resistance, free weights, etc. There is an indoor track upstairs for inclement weather. Well appointed and well maintained. Some of the court space has been converted to specialty equipment such as a punching bag and dumbbells.

Aalayah Means: Equipment never works and they take forever to fix things for this to be a luxury location it never feels like it at all this is ridiculous! This is just one of the things that still hasn’t been fixed in forever and they just fixed the lights in here not too long ago and they took forever to do that along with other equipment that never freaking works and their massage chairs are only good 2 times for up to 30 minutes but the machine never finishes the full time and still won’t allow you to go again this location is trash

Carmen: Been coming here for about a month and I really like this gym. Ive made a few gym buddies in a short period of time, the staff are always kind/chill and I like how laidback the atmosphere is. The setup is convenient, other gym goers are respectful and the equipment/restrooms are always clean. Even during peak hours, it stays organized. I also like that there is a decent amount of cardio equipment and they have just about everything you need and then some. It can get a little tight when its busy just like anywhere but most people lift and keep it moving. Overall super solid warehouse gym that values community.

Tyler Serrano: This place has gotten a lot better with its cleanliness over the past two years. They make sure to have disinfectant for the machines and paper towels to wipe it down. As well as sanitizer for yourself should you need them for your hands. The front desk workers are always welcoming and helpful for whatever you need. Good place overall to come and get your workout in.

Jake Orthober: I just moved down to Houston and have been a member at a lot of other gyms and anytime location before this. NONE of them even come close to the quality that this location has. It has the most extensive equipment options I have ever seen, is extremely clean, has a great atmosphere/culture, and the trainers are Top-Tier. Monthly cost is very reasonable, and the management is very easy to work with. If you’re looking for a new gym in Houston, this is the best bang-for-buck you’re going to find!

FRINGE Salon and Color Bar: One of a kind space for health in Houston. Not only were they so kind, but the facility is amazing. It’s bright and calm and quiet. And they are protective of the amount of members they allow, so the feeling of exclusivity remains. This is so important for our clients and so many busy women and men in the area. Having the freedom to be in a beautiful space without having to fight a crowd, with every amenity you could ever ask for makes this one of our favorite places for fitness in the area.

The vibes are unmatched, and I like the fact that its an outdoor gym makes the grind feel real and helps burn fat faster.
