1 /5 Josephine White: The Customer service representative Claudia is rude at the Little York location.I was approved for the loan.I went in to sign with all my supporting documents.Due to employment verification process with my company.She told me I could not get loan. I called back and she hung up on me.

1 /5 Kokesia Jones: Spoke to someone over the phone she said they could approve me for a loan after collecting ALL my info. Drove all the way to Pasadena only for her to tell me they couldn’t approve me! You could’ve told me that on the phone instead of having me waste gas driving 25 miles to the office. AND NOT TO MENTION THE OFFICE STINKS AND SMELLS LIKE PEE! Horrible service and a waste of time! DO NOT RECOMMEND

1 /5 rachelle tolliver: I would have left zero stars. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company. They will come to your home to collect. Harrass you & your referrences everyday. I explained that I was laid off and no arrangements were made. They just kept demanding payments.
