    Ana Resendez: I had such a wonderful experience at Crunch Fitness today (August 16)! The gym is spotless—everything from the bathrooms to the machines is clean and the whole gym even smells fresh. The staff was very personable and professional, which made me feel welcome right away. I especially want to recognize Maddie (Madeline)! She was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me, gave me a tour of the entire gym, massage area, showers, sauna, group class area, and how to use the ticket machine. I told her of my gym anxiety and her kindness and understanding really stood out. She was so sweet and patient with me!! Thank you, Crunch Fitness, for maintaining such a great environment, and thank you Maddie for making my visit exceptional! Looking forward to working out!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

    John Ramirez: Gym starts off bad in the front. People at the front desk don’t look like they want to work or be bothered always seem to have a bad attitude. The men’s restroom is constantly dirty the floors are always wet with water from toilets the toilet seats are dirty. Clips are missing from the machines constantly. Saunas are not being taken care of. Some days it’s hot how it’s supposed to be and some days it’s not it’s honestly a hit or miss. Doors are left cracked open allowing sauna to not be hot when going into. Bathrooms sometimes go 2-3 days before being swept and mopped. Chuze is overall just a mid gym the same music is played everyday. Planet fitness is low key better. Even for the price. Chuze is upping their costs to different things in the gym and the service is just not good. Very disappointed whoever is in charge of this location. It starts with the staff. And it’s the same rude females to be specific.

    adrenaline rush: This gym pressured my friend into signing a contract without giving him time to fully understand what he was agreeing to. Because of this, I was unfairly charged for two memberships. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff didn’t help or take responsibility—they just kept charging me. They use pushy sales tactics and don’t clearly explain their terms. If you value transparency and fair treatment, stay away from this place.

    Jose Escobar: The atmosphere is great! Very good setup! The lighting is awesome. It also clean and organized. It has a little supplement shop. Meals are delicious too! There’s a lot of different price packages, which is I love!

    Jesus A.: 2 stars instead of 5 due to it getting really packed and when machines go down they are not repaired. Machines are going down left and right and not a sign of an attempt to repair them. They also need benches for the power racks. Benches for the racks and proper maintenance would be 5 stars.
