1 /5 Alycia R: The women who runs this shop is incredibly rude and has no sympathy for helping her customers. I previously lost an earring that I wore for the first time and the women was quick to blame me for "sleeping with them" and just told me to find it. She did not offer to order more of the earring I needed and did not offer to help me find an alternative. After being rude, she went to ignoring me and "pretending to be busy". Her products are clearly defective since my earring was not secured to charm. But you get what you pay for. Cheap jewelry you can easily get at the flea market for a better price and better customer service. I will never go back. Worst service, with the worst jewelry. Keep shopping if you want jewelry that can also make your skin green. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

What we got was a handwritten piece of paper with the words scribbled on it "Seiko watch $2500 and Garys signature" very unprofessional. We specifically asked for a professional appraisal and if he had said that appraisals cost $20 we would have paid for that but he didnt. I will not be using his services or doing business in his shop ever again
