1 /5 Ricardo H: Policy Agent gave a price, then the next day l, i received a email stating price went up double. After trying to address issues, she refused to fix the price. I called customer service and later found out she made changes to my account causing the policy to go up without my knowledge. This place is a scam i wouldnt recommend using them ever.

4 /5 A M-J: Since Im new to the state of Texas I had to get my vehicle insured. Saw this place driving through town so I stopped in to ask for a quote and after that immediately signed up. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They had a steady flow of clientele coming into the office while I was there a big plus for me. But the best part is the insurance was so cheap compare to the other state I was living in.

1 /5 Zelda: Horrible company with bad sales tactics. At this particular location especially trying to upsale as we were telling them to cancel a day after getting insurance there because they ignored what we said when we were obtaining it. Also trying to use scare tactics that we NEED insurance through them. Only letting us get 17 back from the faulty sale of insurence.

1 /5 Crystal Gross: I paid 191 to get a policy started on one vehicle. I found another company way cheaper so I canceled with Amax 6 days later. My refund will be $11.00 you tell me how they calculated that? Trash company stay away. 2
