1 /5 Samantha Irvin: After the recent damaging weather, I have had to make a few trips to the bank with insurance checks. I know I am not the only customer dealing with insurance claims currently. Each time I have gone it seems the staff is unknowledgeable on the process. The lack of understanding leads to wasted time and unnecessary stress. In the future, especially after a large storm, please educate your staff on how the insurance claim process works to turn a potentially frustrating experience into a seamless one.
