Careful what you sign with this insurance company cause it has many HIDDEN fees. $5-10 here and there but they add up. The first time I had a lot of questions since it was my first time getting insurance under my name and the lady was so bothered. I feel they took advantage of me and now they want to charge $70+ extra fee to continue getting coverage and she don’t care to explain why!? Ridiculous! I went to AKS INSURANCE & TAXES instead and it was like night and day in comparison. No confien en ALTIMA INSURANCE.

The representative provided a quote of $754.00 without disclosing that the actual policy cost was $554.00, with an additional $200 labeled as a service fee. Subsequently, I discovered two charges on my account: one from Progressive and another for $200 from Y Martinez Agency. Upon questioning the agent, she maintained a stoic demeanor and expressed helplessness. Seeking resolution, I spoke with the owner, Jose Raymudo, explaining that I was unaware of the $200 service fee for a brief ten-minute service. Regrettably, he was uncooperative and declined to refund the money. Had I known about the substantial fee upfront, I would have opted to contact Progressive directly. I caution others to avoid dealing with your organization to prevent falling victim to hidden charges. Obtaining quotes over the phone or from alternative sources seems a more transparent option. It is disheartening to see Progressive insurance associated with such questionable practices.

Murphy Rawlinson: Can the owner of this business contact me regarding a phone call that my mom which is your customer had with Maritza and my moms cars lien holder. Maritza was very rude to the lien holder because my moms insurance policy was canceled but was never notified that it was canceled. The lien holder was just speaking on my moms behalf regarding the payment that she made to see if it was going to be reimbursed. Maritza was very rude and said, "I dont know you I need to speak with the policyholder" The conversation was non-professional because Maritza could have went about it a different way and my mom which is the policy holder let her know that she was going to be speaking with the lien holder but she apparently forgot who she was actually talking to. Someone needs to speak to Maritza and say that that conversation is not correct and also there is a post about her already on here regarding her attitude. If we get a call from the owner regarding this situation we still might be able to do business there otherwise we will just wait for the reimbursement to come in so we can go and look elsewhere thank you.
