5 /5 Sky Quest: Michelle made my wife’s birthday present on time with a very memorable and welcoming experience at the store. Thank you Michelle, for making it happen!! Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. She took the time to help me find the perfect ring that made me feel comfortable. She previously helped me find a bracelet for my husband as a gift. Both times I have gone the customer service has been great. At one point, I was waiting for Michelle to grab something and multiple employees asked if I had been helped or if I needed help.
