1 /5 Neveah: Very very rude. The day of your payment they will constantly call your cell and job and are very rude when you’re busy and can’t answer the phone. Will text you and call names and threaten to get police involved if they don’t get their money!! I do not recommend doing any business with them.

1 /5 Edward Broomfield: I have been going through them for years now and I have been on time with all my payments and there was always someone in the office from 9 to 5 and now you can not even find anyone there half the time now and then when you ask them how you are to make a paymen if the is no on in the office they say they are there from 12 to 5 they need to get sandy back there so there business doesnt fall apart the lady named Sara I asked her Im supposed to make a payment if shes never there and shes like Im here from 12:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and I dont appreciate the way youre talking to me like I was talking to her rude I will keep my business with cactus financing at least theyre not rude I recommend everybody that needs a loan to go through them

1 /5 Seth Thompson: The owner is straight garbage called me and called me a drug addict because I missed one payment because I was out of town burying my grandpa told me that he needed his money and I told him that I would be giving it back to him as soon as I got done with my family emergency then proceeded to charge $1000 for $150 loan, Then turns out I find that he’s on the news for drunk driving and being a menace to society worst company in town

1 /5 Netty G: Made on time payments and went in today to attempt to refinance because they had been so nice. Im guessing Larry was a little steessed today. He was very rude and said to check back next week, okay fine no problem. Then I asked, well why do you let me know how much I have available when I make payments.. His repsonse was I dont owe you a thing Ive already given you a loan. As if I was a bother to him for giving him business! Thats quite alright I wished him a better day and took will take my business elsewhere..

Justin: Update 8-11-25. Tried again for another used car got told no again. Look elsewhere if u need a bank for anything. This has to be the absolute worst credit union in texas. I have been with this bank since 2019. First started off with a car loan. They was great for years. Traded car in and its paid off never late on payments. Have had couple other loans that are current right now. Went to borrow money for another vehicle thats used for under 20k. Got told no. I just dont understand how I can have a good customer history and be told no. I will never ask this bank for another thing again. Being a good customer isnt good enough for them. I always thought hometown banks would be better. I guess not. I dont recommend this bank to anyone. They were good but not now.

Daisy: I had a terrible experience with Texhoma Community Credit Union. They falsely claimed I did not have insurance on my new Armada and even threatened to add their own coverage. I immediately called and provided proof of my valid insurance, but instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was rude, dismissive, and talked down to me the entire time. It was clear she had no interest in listening or resolving the issue. Even with proof in front of them, I was treated as if I was in the wrong. That kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I should not have to fight with a credit union to prove I have insurance that I already pay for. At the end of the day, the mistake was on their part, not mine, yet I was the one treated poorly. This is not how a business that values its members should act. Never will I do business with Texhoma Community Credit Union again, and I will warn anyone considering them to think twice. There are plenty of other financial institutions that treat their customers with honesty and respect.
