1 /5 Justin: Update 8-11-25. Tried again for another used car got told no again. Look elsewhere if u need a bank for anything. This has to be the absolute worst credit union in texas. I have been with this bank since 2019. First started off with a car loan. They was great for years. Traded car in and its paid off never late on payments. Have had couple other loans that are current right now. Went to borrow money for another vehicle thats used for under 20k. Got told no. I just dont understand how I can have a good customer history and be told no. I will never ask this bank for another thing again. Being a good customer isnt good enough for them. I always thought hometown banks would be better. I guess not. I dont recommend this bank to anyone. They were good but not now.

1 /5 Joe Witt: 11 minutes in drive thru only one other car occupied with one person. 4 minutes just to make contact 7 minutes too complete transaction. Ive been a member there since 1997 instead of improving they actually went downhill. Its been like this for awhile. You should strive to be better.

1 /5 J Mauchley: Dont go here $10 a month for a paper statement and cards not secure. There were several fraud charges that they didnt flag it just charged me had to call and get fraud and overdraft charges removed. Costumer service is lacking workers talking about ovulating and making fun of costumers.

You must inform yourself before you apply, get familiar with their loan products, their terms are legit! Now back to Uriel, he made it possible for me, he took an extra mile for me to get me my money and I will forever be grateful for that. He is very personable and with a hint of sassiness he had me laughing comfortably the whole time. If you also got denied from your bank like I did, this is a great second alternative.

Welington Fernandes: I only stayed on the call because my insurance covers it, but this was hands down the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. The wait time to speak with someone is incredibly long, and when you finally get through, youre met with a rude and unhelpful agent who clearly has no interest in actually assisting you. They talk over you, don’t listen, and make the entire process even more frustrating. If youre thinking about calling them, prepare to be extremely patient, or better yet, avoid it if you can. Absolutely unacceptable service.
