Carol Garrett: Worst business I have ever had to deal with. One of Higginbothams agents, has said numerous times that Lucent Health mirrored the BCBS plan that we previously had. Either the insurance agent is completely unaware of what he is selling or he is willfully misconstruing what is being offered. They keep changing the cost of our prescriptions, you never know what the cost is going to be each month when you go pick up your prescriptions. It might be $45.00, compared to $15.00 with BCBS. It has changed repeatedly between $15.00, which is what it is supposed to be, and $45.00. If this is where youre buying your health insurance, be prepared for the Dollar Tree of the industry. And, I might even go as far as saying Im giving them too much credit, Dollar Tree is probably better.
