    Carol Garrett: Worst business I have ever had to deal with. One of Higginbothams agents, has said numerous times that Lucent Health mirrored the BCBS plan that we previously had. Either the insurance agent is completely unaware of what he is selling or he is willfully misconstruing what is being offered. They keep changing the cost of our prescriptions, you never know what the cost is going to be each month when you go pick up your prescriptions. It might be $45.00, compared to $15.00 with BCBS. It has changed repeatedly between $15.00, which is what it is supposed to be, and $45.00. If this is where youre buying your health insurance, be prepared for the Dollar Tree of the industry. And, I might even go as far as saying Im giving them too much credit, Dollar Tree is probably better.

She spent TWO HOURS with me, explaining Medicare and all my options in simple terms that I could easily understand. We looked up all of my doctors and medications, and found the Advantage plan that would cover everything, at no additional cost to me. She even made a couple of phone calls to the carriers to clarify some questions for me. After all of that, I didnt owe Crystal a dime. She was so friendly and helpful, we laughed together and talked, and I felt like she really cared about the outcome for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is signing up for Medicare or changing their plan. Crystal will take care of you!
