1 /5 Kristy R: I HAD TO SWITCH DO TO MY INSURANCE GETTING EXPENSIVE AND NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT DID??? Then when I switched companies and asked them to give me proof that I have been with them for more than 6 months they just give me some excuse that it takes a while to get the form and have to come back later which is bs when I thought there customer service was great that really disappointed me, I would have stayed if they could have explained to me why my rates uprated or even try to help me find a cheaper policy but nothing. Never going back!!!
