It seems like nobody is knowledgeable of the drivewise app. Ive been given the runaround and even sent an email to Christina Adcock herself. In addition, Im very frustrated as their office has given me very poor communication on discounts. Their customer service is sufficient until you actually need something. I understand people drop the ball as we are all human, but when you do it is professional to make it right and they are not doing that.
