We have made numerous attempts to reach out, only to be met with silence. We possess comprehensive documentation and call logs that substantiate our concerns regarding the inadequacy of this insurance provider. Due to their negligence, my husbands vehicle remains in the repair shop, as they misled the facility by stating they would cover the costs, only to later claim they had “accidentally paid another shop.” Such an occurrence raises serious questions about their operational integrity.
