Kimberly Rosenbrook: Happy Bank has merged with centennial bank and it is awful on every level now. Online services changed, basically useless. Customer Service on the phone...you cant even get anyone to answer. Small town bank yeah right...i was #122 in the queue one week and #93rd the next week etc waited an hour and 15 min. I loved my happy bank before this nightmare. Closing both accounts and bye.

Michael Stanford: Was traveling through Post, TX. My dog had an accident in the car and the change machine at the car wash was out of order. Went here and asked to exchange $3 into quarters. Since I was not a customer they would not do it. Even when I mentioned the money would stay in her little community. Pretty sad way of trying to control people. I never believed in Crypto, but now I hope Crypto puts jerks like them out of business!
