1 /5 Kimberly Rosenbrook: Happy Bank has merged with centennial bank and it is awful on every level now. Online services changed, basically useless. Customer Service on the phone...you cant even get anyone to answer. Small town bank yeah right...i was #122 in the queue one week and #93rd the next week etc waited an hour and 15 min. I loved my happy bank before this nightmare. Closing both accounts and bye.
