They’ve also hosted his birthday party here for at least the last two years and the facility has always been very well-maintained on the inside and outside with great lighting and kind and courteous staff. Based on my personal experiences watching my husband’s nephew and on the feedback from my brother-in-law, this training center seems like a worthy and valuable investment!

AXA WELLNESS Talk about AUTHENTICITY! I love this personal training gym not only because the trainers genuinely VALUE their clients but because they bring us together. I train 3x a week one - on- one with the coaches and on Sundays they have Azz Class where I get to train my glutes with other women. And no that class is not easy but it’s definitely worth it. I like that this gym is one on one training and family owned! You feel less intimidated by your everyday corporate gyms, these coaches see your potential the minute you walk in. They have a lot of success in the Fitness Industry especially with bikini competitions. I should mention one of the coaches is an IFBB Pro. They train anyone who is trying to lose weight, put on mass or compete. I highly recommend joining this gym!

Tasha Mac I visited this studio yesterday for a birthday party and had an excellent experience. The studio was spotless, and the instructor was very hands-on. Chelsea, the receptionist, was also incredibly friendly and attentive to our party. She made us feel very welcome and valued. If I were to return, it would definitely be because of the exceptional service we received.

michael stelmach This is a very well kept facility with outstanding staff. I am a “sweat everywhere” member and many of the studios I visit have broken equipment that is still broken even months later. That is not the case at this location; if a piece of equipment goes down they fix it right away.

diana fontenot I just signed up for training, and I love it. Before I met Trish, I always wanted to quit working out. But never worked out this much and feel good about it.. It seemed impossible, but Trish encouraged me and shes very understanding person and cool. Love the gym.. i encourage anyone who wants a great gym home should tryout TWT.

micah klingensmith Great gym as far as not only the equipment but the culture and community. Have had a few memberships at other “private” gyms in the area, but this is the place to be if you want a great gym at a great price point.

Brook Crazy results for my wife and I. We tried CrossFit Armada a few months ago, now we are hooked. Inclusive staff and members, welcoming of people from all fitness levels, helpful and friendly. A real community that people are proud to be a part of. Kids are welcome to hang out in the kids play area when adults are working out. Multiple classes make it easy to attend daily- takes the excuses out of finding time for a workout.

Mari Mar Jr was a big help, super friendly and so understanding! I have been going to this gym for a couple of years now and it’s my favorite location! Staff is always so welcoming!

theresa98ag ilDDB1103 My son started taking boxing lessons from Eric, and I knew it was a good fit from the moment we met him. Eric was so personable and made my shy 16 year old feel comfortable from the very beginning. Eric met my son where he was at physically, but also challenged my son to do more than he thought he could. When I ask my son if he likes his lessons, he says "I love every minute of it". I cannot recommend Eric enough.
