    Nini Bui: I recently signed up for the gym and scheduled a goal-setting session and dynamic stretch with Niki. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she guided me through my fitness and weight-gaining journey with great insight. Niki was outgoing, easy to talk to, and very personable. She showed me effective stretches I can do on my own and gave me a great assisted stretch. The gym itself is a huge upgrade from any other gym I’ve been to. It’s spacious, and I love that I no longer have to wait for machines to open up! My only complaint that I have is that the benches have sweat and oil stains, so it doesnt feel very clean.

    FitQuest70: On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas to lose 70 pounds, I stopped at gym number 64, an Anytime Fitness in Garland, Texas, and it’s a vibrant, nearly five-star experience that I’d rate a 4.5 if I could, but I’ll round up to five despite some minor maintenance hiccups. This large, open gym was buzzing with locals, clearly a community favorite, and my 30-minute treadmill workout was solid in the spacious, lively environment. The shower room was mostly clean with good water pressure, though the bench was wobbly, the soap dispenser was cracked, and the sink seemed unsteady—small issues that slightly detracted from an otherwise fantastic setup. With a bit of maintenance, this gym would easily be a perfect five, but its energetic vibe and solid equipment make it a great spot for a workout in Garland!

    Nicole Jones: Love it here! From all the equipment on the floor, the locker rooms with showers and sauna to the group fitness classes - they have it all! Loving April’s Hot Body Sculpt, Carrie’s Heated Yoga Flow and trainer Brandon will definitely get you in shape! Everyone is so friendly and helpful if you’re new or a beginner. Also, as a parent of 3, it’s so convenient with their kids place to drop kids off while I workout. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great community to stay healthy and in shape!

    Annie Quintana: Under new management, this location is so much cleaner and brighter. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. We even gotten new yoga mats when the previous ones were all torn off for months prior to new manager.

We also created a fitness goal plan which I’m extremely happy about and I can’t wait to stick with. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and he was extremely helpful. I can’t wait to start my fitness journey!

It’s so clean, machines are new and love the amenities- red light therapy, tanning and massage. The staff has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in Garland area.

Corey, the owner, is incredibly personable—he knows members by name, asks questions, and makes everyone feel welcome. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a place you feel connected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, community-driven place to work out!

    Thundercat: Wow, what a great gym. I’ve been dropping in at a lot of different planet fitness gyms and this one hands-down has the most TVs and the most running elliptical treadmill exercise devices than any of them that I’ve seen. Maybe it’s just the way it’s laid out but it looks huge really awesome. Not crowded at all even during peak hours. They do have the 30 minute workout zone that seems to be pretty updated and nice. They do have the updated stretching areas with abdominal and hip machines which is really great. Also, probably the most machines I’ve seen out of all the gyms I’ve been to for planet fitness. The facility was very clean and it looks like it’s been here for a little while some of the equipment was older style, but very functional and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The energy drinks and waters are as it should be not expired clean And fair priced. The Jim location is just right off of a Kroger‘s and off of two major roads with an abundance amount of parking due to it being attached to so many other businesses makes it easy to find a parking spot and not have to park your vehicle where it’s not visible from the gym. The restrooms were very clean and up-to-date showers seem like they have been updated newer type doors not just a drapery hanging and the locker room was very clean plenty of lockers all in all just a nice bathroom and locker area better than a lot of others. The only downfall I found was that the black card spa area was closed due to renovations, but I’m sure they’ll have that up and going as quick as possible and I look forward to coming back and checking that out. All in all one of the nicer and bigger planet fitness gyms I’ve been to Definitely worth a dropping in if you’re in the area.

    Bradley Stark: 3q Fitness is incredible. It’s unlike any gym or fitness program I’ve ever experienced. The coaches TRULY care not just about your fitness goals but about you. Each class you’ll be met with a community of people who are kind and genuine. You’ll work hard during class but it’s with others who are there to encourage you and cheer you along the way.
