Skylar Linscomb I love my nails so much! I got cat pink cat eye and the color, shape and is so perfect! Vivian had such attention to detail and really took her time and made sure I like what she was doing every step of the way. She was really nice when it took a while and decided to change colors. Will for sure be coming back!

Emma Blakely My nails turned out better than I expected!! They really knocked it out of the ball park! I came in with a picture (attached) and expectations and they really killed it! They were super friendly and attentive! I’ve always had issues with stylists over trimming my cuticles to the point they bleed, but I’ve never had that issue at this salon! Best salon I’ve been to! I will be a customer here for life!!

Roxane Cruz I had an positive experience overall. Right after my gel polish application, I was thrilled to show it off. Unfortunately, it chipped on me the very next day while I was slipping into bed—talk about a buzzkill! But Julie, the amazing manager, reached out to me personally! She was so kind and dedicated to making things right, which truly made my experience memorable.

Sandhiya Ravichandran Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Vivianne! She did my nails for my wedding, and she went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect shade, making sure I was 100% happy with the color before proceeding. This was the first time I had met her, she was so incredibly kind and my nails turned out stunning. I went with a Russian manicure and builder gel. Highly recommend!

Paige Tam One of the best nail salons I’ve been to. I got an acrylic pink and white ombré set with designs. I was also offered a complimentary Vietnamese coffee and it was so delicious compared to regular coffee. My total was $75 without tip, which is really nice considering the free coffee and added jewels. Lynn did the most amazing job on the Aztec design that I wanted. My nails came out so beautiful, I will definitely visit again.

Robin Palmer The people were very gentle and kind. They did a great job on all three of our manicure and pedicures. They werent whispering and speaking in a foreign language. I have found that to be uncomfortable at other salons. Their hospitality was impeccable, making us comfortable and even offering us free drinks. I feel they went above and beyond for us. Therefore, I have already shared this link with local friends and will try to come again if I return to Dallas. Thank you!

Kheila Kennedy I had an exceptional experience with Hana and Henry! From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming and professional. Henry took great care in shaping my acrylic nails, and Hana gave my pedicure such attention to detail. They worked seamlessly together and completed both services in just under an hour, without ever compromising on quality. My nails look flawless, and my feet feel amazing! Their efficiency, expertise, and attention to every detail made it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking top-notch service in a timely manner!

Kimberly Reidy I have been in search of a place nearby who does good quality manicures and I am so excited I found this nail shop! The staff were all very friendly and made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. I had the opportunity to meet Paul who did an exceptional job on my nails. He was so kind and is beyond talented. I will be back here every time from now on!

leanna fuller The worst experience. I can’t believe how pricey they are with such horrible service. I received a pedicure by cici. She asked if I wanted my nails cut. I said yes but somehow she cut most my toe nail, past the skin. I was upset but no way to fix without adding acrylic so I just said it’s ok and she proceeded. She didn’t do the best at French tip so I opted for white all over instead, I had polish all on skin and shellac was not flush. She tried to correct multiple times but said something about not being able to see. I ended up saying ok because it wasn’t getting better. Went to front desk to Kevin. He came, looked at my toes and said she did not clean up but also stated he did not do nail, only receptionist. I asked about manager and he said he will tell manager later. I do not recommend. Will post pics.

Allisha Rodriguez My mothers nail tech was so rude and disrespectful. My mom wanted a basic pedicure with regular nail polish. The lady was trying to force her to get shellac and when she finally got the regular nail polish for my mom it was old and crusty. The end result looked like a child had did my moms nails and she wasn’t going to clean the polish she had gotten all over my moms foot until she complained. Then she proceeded to force her into the deluxe package. On top of all that my sisters mail tech washed the old looking tools off in the water my sister was soaking her feet in. So gross. I will be reporting them to TDLR

Brittany Lou I came here before but it was years ago... I wasnt too impressed with my color! But I started coming back about a month ago and a lady named Anna does my feet and she gets the best pedicures... That Ive ever had! She scrubs your feet and shes very gentle with your feet. Definitely request her

Angela Celeste Neyland Dee is amazing! When he does my nails it’s like a work of art, if you zoom in he free handed a tiny line of glitter under the white tip. I never have to come home and file or clean under the nail, he is the best! Highly recommend him.

Dawnelle Arnold Poor customer service. Disappointed on more than one occasion but this last visit was my final straw. Waited close to 2 hours for poor quality work and bad attitudes. Not to mention being quoted different prices than what the total was at the register. Wont be back

Shelly Martin Ive been to this nail salon numerous times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The past several times the work that was done was subpar at best. The topper this time was i went in and right of the bat told them I wanted a fill and for my nails to be painted and I wanted a design. My nails were filled and painted. You could see the drill lines. They were uneven and I got the matte finish so you could see all the flaws. I asked about the design and was told that it would take too long and they were busy. Yes, they were busy but I was there first and I was also a paying customer just like everyone else. I was told to come back, well I couldnt go back. The fact of the matter is they have very poor customer service and dont bother calling... they dont answer the phone and are not taking appointments at this time. They are very short staffed... they use to have several good workers who are no longer there now which is a shame. I would love to know where Jackie Tan went. He was really good. I do not recommend this place at all.

Mandi Vernon Had scheduled 3 pedicures for my kids and a dip for myself at 4pm. My kids got their pedis pretty much on time. Finally at 445, when she told me someone would be with me, I said forget it. No apology or effort to make it right. Do not recommend this place.

Felicity Alonzo Went in to get a nail design and showed the technician an inspo pic and the turn out was awful. The thumb nails were uneven, they were too thick and looked rushed which they were. He kept getting up and going back and forth between clients. He was also a bit snippy when I was indecisive about colors and asked for his opinion and just told me “there’s a lot of pinks just choose one” with an attitude. To me that’s unprofessional. I really think they prioritize number of customers over quality service. I’ve been here a few times because they’re close but I will not be returning. They over book and take in too many walk ins at the same time then get snippy because there’s so many people to tend to. Also the pedicure I got, she totally messed with an ingrown toenail and my toe is red and hurts to the touch. Would not recommend. I ended up going to B Nails in Amarillo to get them fixed because if they were snippy while doing the service imagine if I would have asked them to fix it I didn’t want to deal with being in that kind of negative atmosphere when I’m supposed to be enjoying myself and rather go to someone else who was going to be helpful.

Ashlee V Best experience for my daughter that got her nails done for the first time.. everyone was so nice and welcoming and the young man that did her nails did a fantastic job. She loves them!

Jayme Lee I feel like I had to leave this review , went here for the first time today and it was a really great experience. Jun did my nails so quickly and they looked great! Him and Lauren made me feel so welcome. I was laughing and smiling and just really enjoying my time there. I’ll definitely be going back!

Been Faithful I was rushed when the technician appointment came in . I was left with cleaning up my own nails. No massage for my manicure no lotion. Just felt miss treated. My nails were not worth there time. I don’t recommend this for anyone. Rude and didn’t even say bye.

Cathy Robinson I have pictures. My nails were all crooked and some long some short. I came back to get nails fixed as they told me on phone theyd fix it and instead the older guy chewed me out and told me “he was busy” AFTER i made the appointment several days before. No refund and refused to do my nails right. I WILL be turning this into the BBB. Totally uncalled for and I shouldnt have been treated that way. I left crying. Came to another shop in lindale that was so happy to help me. You havent heard the last from me. Right is right and wrong is wrong. I WILL BE CONTACTING health dept. TRUST IN THAT.

Jeannette Nicole Perez Went for a fill and trim. I noticed one of my nails was filed crooked so I asked guy tech to fix it twice. He got offended and told me to go somewhere else to get my nails done. The owner (I assume ) comes by and asked what I wanted. I told her three times what needed to be done. The guy tech starts to grab my fingers aggressively so I pulled my hands to my lap and told him to stop touching me. He got upset and walks away. Lady then tells me to pay and go else where. I proceed to tell them all I wanted was them to fix the mistake. Guy comes back to argue more so I got up and left with my daughter. They handled a simple fix unprofessionally and both were very rude. My nails are uneven, acrylic wasn’t applied fully to my nails and shape is uneven. Do not recommend this place.

Angie I was trying to avoid leaving a negative review but this is the worst nail experience Ive ever had. And that says a lot. I was laughed at upon walking in, wasnt taken seriously the whole time. I got a full set (dip) here yesterday and my fingers are so, so cut and beat up. Cut deeply. The woman doing my nails was trying to hide the fact I was bleeding on almost every nail, right in front of me. The nails look so bad, my hands are embarrassing to look at. You can see in the pictures every single nail is a different shape, none of them look the same. Theres odd, discolored spots you can see as well. Every person Ive shown them to is shocked. Its very hard to mess up on basic, short, square nails. But they managed it here, in more than one way. I cant believe the woman was okay with leaving them like this. Go anywhere else in Lindale but here.
