alina lee I highly recommend Jordan for all hair services. Jordan and her mom are both lovely and friendly women. Jordan is always organized efficient and professional. I felt like at home in her salon and will continue to come back for all my hair needs. Her mom is a licensed aesthetician in her salon and provide serval services like waxing, facials and massages! I would 10/10 recommend this small business to anyone.

Lydia LeBlanc Been twice now and both times have been rushed and left dissatisfied with the cut and style. Truly just felt like an inconvenience the whole 10 minutes I was in the chair. Not how you should feel with a $45 cut.

Nichoel Taffi is the most amazing massage therapist. Ive been a client for years. I suffer from chronic back pain and her treatments are very therapeutic.

Andrea Smith I have been going to Marilyn for 3 years and she does a really good job. She even cuts my husbands hair and has been for the past year. Her prices are very reasonable and I would recommend her for any type of hair or hairstyle you want. She will always be my go to for my haircuts.

Jasmine S Marilyn has always been very professional. She is very talented and her and her assistant are both very friendly. It is very easy to schedule appointments and I feel like I get a good value for my money. I would recommend her services to anyone! Ive been going to her for almost two years. I wanted all my long hair chopped off and she didnt refuse me, she cut it off and shes been styling it short ever since. Very happy with my appointments.

Leah Claunch My appointment with Marilyn Cadle was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and surprisingly fast. She had a cancellation & worked me into her busy schedule with very little notice. She is an accomplished stylist & I felt perfectly comfortable placing the fate of my hair in her hands. She is very knowledgeable of all the latest styles, techniques & services. I even overheard her instructing a potential client about the different types of hair extensions, the various & best procedures for applying them & the pricing for each. She completed the color & foiling she used to apply the Ombre I requested in record time. And when she began cutting my hair - a welcome surprise - she actually seemed hesitant to cut too much, where alot of stylists whack away with no concern for your request to preserve length. Her booth inside "The Salons" beauty mall in Harker Heights, however a bit crowded, was neat, clean & well organized. I felt especially safe due to the fact that, since my appointment was late in the day & the rest of The Salons had already closed, Marilyns assistant had to use the security feature to open the door & let me out. Her large clientele, lack of available appointments & crowded booth are all testimonies to Marilyns success as a Professional Stylist & Colorist. And the fact that this little lady became a Realtor during the pandemic in order to continue to provide for herself & her family in their accustomed manner speaks volumes with regard to her strong work ethic & can-do attitude. I did feel that she couldve spent more time, and possibly provided additional treatment of some type, to my over processed, frizzy hair, but I didnt request it, & that one negative amidst so many positives didnt affect her 5 star rating in my book. All in all, my service for a shampoo, consultation, cut, 2-color Ombre and Brazilian Blowout style cost $214 plus tip, for my mid-back length, thick hair. Thanks, Marilyn, for a wonderful experience. I will be seeing you again, in approximately 6 weeks!

She made sure I was happy with how my hair looked before I left the salon, and she even went back and touched up some areas that I wanted to be a little darker. I highly recommend booking with her! Jaime Rachor I would not recommend this owner at the salon to touch anyone’s hair. She is not very knowledgeable. I have done hair for 25 yrs and owned my own salon for many years in the past until I had to move. I decided to treat myself to a long over due pampering after having 2 babies and I left feeling like my hair looked ok. I spent $257 total with a small tip added to only walk out and have my husband ask what was wrong with my hair. Friends even commented and said it looks nothing like what I was wanting and that the cut was horribly uneven and choppy. After getting home and really looking at my hair I saw that it was a horrible highlight and toner job. It was a horrible hair cut and I have never cried so much over my hair before. I come from a long line of stylist, grew up going to the beauty college that my grandmother managed, pretty much raised in her salon and never have I been told some of the most off the wall ridiculous stuff that Alicia told me today after going back to see if she could fix it. After listening to her tell me that my hair was probably going through a growth spurt and that the lines are normal and that she heard me say I wanted a blunt cut and agreed with me on a cut yet she cut what she wanted too anyways, the fact that she tried to tell me that my hair would be a lot lighter or that she could put darker in and that the picture that I showed her has a filter, I decided to actually fix my own hair and do a professional job on it. It was a huge waste of money and time for me and I hope others do a little more research.

Jessica Ludwig Had to find a new salon after my hairstylist moved away! She’s my best friend, so for years, she just knew exactly what I liked. I was nervous about finding someone new, but I stumbled upon Southern Grace Salon, and Lisa did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. It looks fantastic, and she’s so kind! The salon itself has such a relaxing atmosphere - I’d definitely recommend!

Sierra Snider Kate did such an amazing job with my cut, from making me feel comfortable and starting slow so I was ok with the length. I was hesitant to try a new place as I normally go to a friend but I’m so glad I went, and I will return!

Amanda Alvarez I recently tried the "Pink Facial" at this spa, and it was amazing! The products she used and her techniques were AMAZING yall!!! I really loved how she explained each step of the facial—it made the whole experience feel super relaxing and enjoyable. My skin felt incredible afterward, and I saw instant results. My sister told me "wow your face is glowing. Looks like someone added wax to your face lol." Im definitely coming back, and I highly recommend giving her a try!!

Andrea Trujillo Kaitlyn is great. Eyebrow waxing & eyelash lift/tint are the only services Ive had, but I dont doubt anything else she offers. Shes very sweet & friendly, TERRIFIC prices & very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

Chasity Breckenridge Kaitlyn is amazing!! This was my first time getting waxed from her and will continue to come back! She takes her time, making sure you are satisfied with the results. I had a bit of anxiety coming here, but during the session she made me feel comfortable and was conversational. Highly recommend!

Tatiana Richardson Absolutely love the service!!! The ladies here are very cool and detailed. I am always happy with my lashes after each service and the days after. Their natural looking or thick cluster lash set is amazing. The ladies here really take their time to make sure you are very comfortable and satisfied with you’re look. Also, they’re very flexible with appointments and walk-ins. Definitely a must go to place in Belton, Tx.

Thelma Rose I had never had a facial or even met an esthetician. My skin was very dry, wrinkled and saggy. These pictures are me without any makeup at all after I started coming to Complexions Spa. I am 64 years old and haven’t had such wonderful skin since I was in my 20s. I LOVE this place! She is so skilled and professional!! The environment is clean and calming and beautiful! This has been so good for my skin and my soul!

AC CS After going to many of the spas around ctx, this spa is by far the BEST one I’ve been to. Misty does an analysis of your face and determines the best treatment for you. I loved this about her work because I didn’t know to care for my face. But now I do thanks to Misty. If you are looking to get your face or even your body into better condition make an appointment here.

Brittney Saunders Audrey is amazing! I hadnt had a wax in a few years and I was nervous with finding a new wax lady. Her technique is essentially pain free. Not to mention its so quick that its over before you realize it. Her fur baby being present was the cherry on top. Looking forward to my next appointment. Would absolutely recommend.

Dre helped us out and when he was done with his appt he had, he cut my nephews hair even though I KNOW he wanted to go home. He also scheduled with me to cut my son’s hair a couple days later.

Alexander Izaguirre My 5 year old son and I have been going to Josh for about a year now. We recently referred some family friends to take their 5 year old son and his dad to go get cut by Josh as well. They’re big fans as well. Josh does a good job giving the boys the whole barbershop experience. Good conversation. Good cut. All around good experience in there. Highly recommend

Yobrauli I only write this as a learning experience. I received a cut from a new barber, and I asked him if he was new. He stated he was not. However I did visit this location before and sat in the chair he used that chair was used by my previous barber she was nice and did a good job, on this visit it was an opposite experience. I made the mistake by not being as clear with my cut as I should have been, I have had this cut before and I tend to be loyal to my barbers under the circumstances I was unable to visit my regular barber today I wish him a speedy recovery. On this day this new barber and I did not exchange names nor should I have asked it seems I should have though I imagine it’s part of the service to know the at a minimum the name of the person you cut. I asked for a comb over with a permanent part. I ended up getting a bad cut. However the worst part was the awful smell of his hands that was made the experience awful. Notes. 1. Please keep your hands smelling pleasant or at least have gloves on if you are a smoker. 2. You should ask the customer if they want “ enhancement“ not just do something without someone’s permission, that is a sign you either messed up or you have no confidence in your work. We all make mistakes but by not being honest and clear makes me have to write this review. Enhancements: dark painting or air bushing of the hair line. 3. If you are cutting someone’s hair and you are rough with the passes of machine change your guard. Or invest in better equipment no one should be sheared like a sheep at the barber shop. I am not sure I will return to this location, and if any one is reading this would want to be cut by someone with little experience. I don’t mind a call or a reply for the owner or even the barber in question. I’m a honest guy and again if you make a mistake own up to it. I will have to wait at a minimum 2 weeks so the hair can grow back and until I can fix this. Also I would advise using the app “the cut” for the future for anyone looking for a new barber or not just waking in like I did.

Debbie. I love the model 70 Winchester Briner Stephanie cut my hair and she was Awesome!!! Went above and beyond on my crazy hair. I love it and it feels so nice. Highly recommend her.

Janet gave me THE BEST HAIRCUT I have ever had and I have had many! Go there and tell her what you want your hair to do and she will give it to you! She even taught me how to style it so it would look just right.

Jomari Ruiz-Rivera If I could give zero stars I would. My son wanted a trim on his curls and a fade. He even showed the lady a picture of what he wanted and she ended up cutting all of his hair and leaving just a few inches of hair on the top. He does not want to ever go back.

Chan Cassandra is great. We just moved here from San Diego, CA and on our first visit to Reagans, we arrived shortly before she closed, so I thought she would rush through the haircut, but Cassandra took the time needed to give me one of the best haircuts Ive had. She even made time to be sociable with me and my wife while cutting my hair. Having straight Asian hair, I thought I would need to give a lot of detailed instructions on how I like it cut, but all I needed to tell Cassandra was to use a #2, bring it in close around the back and sides, and leave the front and top a little longer. Cassandra did it perfectly without further comments from me. She even rounded the curves between the top and sides just right. Other barbers dont take the time to do this and it leaves a visible angle which I really dont like. Also, it smells very pleasant in there and she finishes the haircut with a nice shoulder massage. Im definitely going to be a regular there.
